Hi i have a piccollino 3in1 led but it keeps asking for a password in net client config it does not have a rs232 at the back of the box

While we wait for a @corvo18 's partecipation ( he is the expert on these devices ) I can suggest you to read this following post :

Maybe your device has the "default password" , it should be composed by eigth "zeros" >> like these "00000000" so try them or in other way, password was yet modified and you must reflash your device.

thanks for the reply mate i will wait for corvo18 to respond i did try the zeros in password but no luck i did see a post in the forum where there was a picture of jtag connected inside the box

Sure @sajidaslam it's important to trace a story of the flashed firmwares on the device from the first time it was started up until now, if this box was in other hands before, you could ask for a possible password used , so you should avoid any "bloody hell" on jtag.
